What documents do I need to rent a car?
Tourists need a passport, UAE entry visa, and a valid driving licence or International Driving Permit. UAE residents need their Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence.
What is the minimum age to rent?
21 years for most cars. Luxury and sports models require the driver to be at least 25.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable deposit is held for the rental period and returned after the car is inspected on return, usually within a few business days.
Do you deliver the car to me?
Yes — free delivery and collection across Dubai and to Dubai airports. Other emirates are available on request.
What is included in the price?
Comprehensive insurance, 250 km/day mileage, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Salik (road tolls), traffic fines, and fuel are charged separately.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely online by card when you book, or arrange payment with us on WhatsApp. The refundable deposit is returned after the car is back.
What happens with Salik tolls and fines?
Any Salik road tolls and traffic fines during your rental are charged to you, with a small admin fee, after the rental ends.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes, a professional chauffeur can be arranged on request. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it up.
